I just want to thank everyone for their information on green burials. I first read an article about 2 years ago in an AARP magazine. I cut it out at that time, being that I am a woods person, live in the woods, grew up in the woods and I feared going to a place that had rows upon rows of deceased where flowers couldn't be planted. I buried my animals in the woods, so why couldn't that happen to me too. I just need to know, not seeing any available in PA, how transport would occur to, let's say, South Carolina (where it is warmer and I don't like the cold). Also, where would I note that I wanted to be buried in a particular place and how much would transport cost. Thanks.
